Terms of Service

BarnX provides private software development, implementation, operational software, and education services for feed, dairy, and livestock businesses. Scope, features, and availability vary by offering, environment, and agreement and may change over time.

You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials, and report unauthorized use or suspected incidents. Services are for business use and not directed to children.

Do not violate law; access non-public systems without authorization; interfere with Services; attempt unauthorized access; reverse engineer except as permitted; upload malicious or unlawful content; or send unsolicited communications contrary to law.

You retain rights in Customer Data and grant BarnX necessary rights to host, process, use, maintain, secure, support, and improve Services under the applicable Customer Agreement. You are responsible for data accuracy, legality, and authority to provide it.

BarnX and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in Services, software, branding, and content. Feedback may be used without restriction.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms; BarnX does not control or take responsibility for them.

Fees, billing, and payment terms are in the Customer Agreement or ordering document. Except as required by law or expressly stated, fees are non-refundable.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Services, limit features, or restrict access as reasonably necessary. Specific commitments are in the Customer Agreement.

Except as expressly stated in a Customer Agreement, Services are provided as is and as available without warranties, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BarnX is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

To the extent permitted by law, you indemnify BarnX for claims, damages, and expenses from misuse, breach of Terms, or violation of law or third-party rights.

You may stop using Services at any time. BarnX may suspend or terminate access for breach, legal requirements, or protection of Services or users. Export and deletion follow the Customer Agreement.

These Terms are governed by Canadian law and the law of the province in which BarnX is established, except as otherwise specified or required by mandatory local law.

We may update these Terms. Revised Terms are posted here; continued use after changes take effect is acceptance.
